Papers Submissions
Papers to be submitted must be unpublished and may have up to three authors, coauthored. In all cases, one of the authors must necessarily be a Doctor, a Doctoral Student or a Master.
The submission of works will be in the form of Abstract, which will be selected by the Scientific Committee of the event based on the Panels/Working Groups and the specific themes of those (see the Panels Menu in Annex 3 of this Notice). After the event and incorporating the contributions acquired during the presentation in the Working Groups (Panels), the authors can send the Full Article, for later publication.
Conferences and presentation of works will happen from September 26th to 27th, 2023 via remote communication channels in which the acess will be made available in due course by the event organizers.
The presentation of the paper and the publication of the Abstracts and the Complete Article are subject to the payment of the registration, according to this Notice. The Full Article will go through a Review Committee, composed of professors who are members of the Scientific Committee of the event, which may suggest or request changes to the authors, with a view to the qualitative adequacy of the texts, depending on the publication of the Full Article in the event book.
When registering the works (Abstract and Complete Article), the authors authorize their publication in the products derived from the event, with the due credits of authorship, and without any economic compensation for those responsible for organizing the Seminar.

Abstract
The Abstract must meet the specifications contained in the Template (Annex 1 of the Notice), with formatting according to the mentioned template, a condition for acceptance of the text. The title of the Abstract must be different from the title of the Full Article. The Abstract must have a length of up to 300 words, not including the bibliography.
Participants must submit the Abstracts using an electronic form (Google Forms), whose access link will be available on the event’s website (https://sidecied.com/), within the deadlines established in the Notice calendar.
Work submission certificates will be issued, sent by e-mail, exclusively to those who attend and effectively present their work in the chosen Panel/Work group. Co-authorship in work does not entail receipt of the presentation certificate.
Complete Article
Full Articles will be published in book form or in specialized journals and ranked in the parameters of international academic quality. The title of the Full Article must be different from the title of the Abstract text. The Full Article must have a length of 5000 to 7000 words, not including the bibliography. The format of the Complete Article must meet the specifications contained in the Model (Annex 2 of the Notice) and be sent through an electronic form (Google Forms), whose access link will be available on the event website (https://sidecied.com/) , within the deadlines established in the Notice calendar.
